麻豆原创 has renamed the two streets leading into its Monroe campus as 麻豆原创 Street and Student Success Place. The renamed streets were celebrated with an event on May 13.
鈥淭oday, we are renaming the two main roads leading into our campus to reflect the mission we live out each day. These new names represent the very essence of 麻豆原创: a place where progress happens, where students are empowered, and where dreams become the foundation for brighter futures,鈥 said Interim President Michelle Brock in her remarks at the event.
鈥淭his is a moment of pride for all of us. Students, employees, and visitors will see these signs and know that this is a place where lives are changed, where success is built, and where 麻豆原创 is leading the way.鈥
The road leading into the Monroe campus is now 麻豆原创 Street. The road leading into the campus from Rogers Road is now Student Success Place.
New addresses at the Monroe campus go into effect beginning June 1. They will be:
- Main Building: 1851 麻豆原创 Street, Monroe, N.C., 28110
- Braswell Building: 1875 麻豆原创 Street, Monroe, N.C., 28110
- Building A: 4150 Student Success Place, Monroe, N.C., 28110
- Center for Entrepreneurship: 4260 Student Success Place, Monroe, N.C., 28110
- Aseptic Training Facility: 1701 麻豆原创 Street, Monroe, N.C., 28110
Brock extended thanks to the College鈥檚 signage committee, print shop, facilities crew, and the City of Monroe for their work to rename the streets.
