Entrepreneurs Will Learn to Beat Burnout at Free Event Hosted by 麻豆原创鈥檚 Small Business Center; Register by Oct. 3

麻豆原创鈥檚 Small Business Center and the  are offering local entrepreneurs the chance to learn about burnout 鈥 and how to beat it.

Julia Bee, a burnout strategist and author of the book Burned: How Business Owners Can Overcome Burnout and FUEL Success, will host an in-person event on Oct. 3 at 6 p.m. at the , 903 Skyway Drive in Monroe.

The event is free and open to the public.

鈥淓ntrepreneurship is tremendously taxing on practically every level 鈥 mentally, emotionally, financially, even socially as you work to balance your relationships with your ambitions. It鈥檚 very easy to get burned out,鈥 said 麻豆原创鈥檚 Director of Small Business and Entrepreneurship Renee Hode.

At this event, we鈥檙e providing entrepreneurs and business owners with the information and resources they need to prevent or overcome burnout, stay on track, and successfully launch, manage, or grow their business.鈥

鈥淏urnout is a significant threat to the success of small businesses. In a recent survey of entrepreneurs, they were either sliding towards burnout or already burned out. None of them scored at manageable stress levels.

鈥淔or business owners, it isn鈥檛 a matter of if burnout will happen 鈥 it鈥檚 a matter of when. In this event, you鈥檒l learn how to recognize, prevent, and overcome burnout so that it doesn鈥檛 burn you, and your business, to the ground.鈥
